You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Service Terms and Scope

BlackHawk Facility Services provides commercial HVAC services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and retrofit work for building systems such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, VFDs, recirculating pumps, AHUs, and building automation controls. The scope of any specific service will be clearly defined in a formal service agreement, estimate, or work order prior to the commencement of work.

Clients are responsible for providing access to service areas, disclosing relevant system history, and ensuring that equipment is in a condition suitable for inspection or repair. Delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information may impact timelines or result in additional charges. While our team strives to deliver reliable service, we reserve the right to decline service under unsafe or non-compliant working conditions.

Quotes, Estimates, and Payments

All quotes and cost estimates provided by BlackHawk Facility Services are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if scope adjustments or unforeseen issues arise during service. Clients will be informed of any deviations or necessary approvals before work continues.

Payment terms will be clearly stated on invoices or contracts. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as allowed by law. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension of ongoing services and potential referral to a collection agency. BlackHawk Facility Services reserves the right to withhold documentation or reports until full payment is received.

Warranties and Disclaimers

BlackHawk Facility Services strives to provide high-quality service and workmanship, but we do not offer blanket warranties unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Equipment manufacturer warranties may apply to parts or products used, and our team will assist in facilitating warranty claims when possible.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or performance of HVAC systems beyond our direct control. System performance is also affected by building usage, weather conditions, system age, and maintenance frequency. Our liability for any service-related issues will be limited to the cost of the service provided, and we disclaim responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system failure or downtime.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that scheduling needs may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee to cover technician travel or scheduling disruption. In the event of a no-show, future service may require a deposit or pre-payment.

BlackHawk Facility Services also reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment availability, or staffing constraints. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases, and alternative arrangements will be made at the earliest possible opportunity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackHawk Facility Services shall not be liable for any damages beyond the direct value of services provided. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or property damage resulting from the use of our services or website. Clients agree to hold BlackHawk Facility Services harmless against any claims arising from misuse of equipment, unauthorized alterations, or non-compliance with manufacturer recommendations after service.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and only use your data to support the services requested. We do not share or sell your information without your consent, except where required by law.

Any proprietary or confidential information shared with us as part of a service agreement will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
